Bank Australia wanted reach out to existing customers to promote the use of their app. We were tasked with developing a series of simple ‘how to’ videos to assist customers wanting to download the app as well as use it for popular everyday transactions. As it was so important to demonstrate the steps within an mobile OS interface, we kept all other animated elements to a minimum, instead relying on clear, concise titles and a perfectly paced voice over, ensuring the clearest of communication.
