We continued our #MyFitStory series for The Athlete’s Foot with this lovely piece featuring Type 1 Foundation founder, Ange Liston-McCaughley. Ange launched the foundation in 2015 after the sudden Type 1 Diabetes diagnosis of her daughter, Lila.
