As the Director and Ambassador for The MCgrath Foundation, Tracy Bevan travels the length and breadth of Australia, driving awareness of the work done by the McGrath Foundation and their Breast Care Nurses. Like so many Australians though, finding time to be active hasn’t always been easy. In this film, shot on a beatuiful July day in North Sydney, Tracy explains how the realisation that taking the time to exercise was less about doing something that needed to be done and more about having time to herself.
We flew to Sydney for this shoot and completed all post produciton in just a few days, including outputing IGTV versions.
